To add your debit and/or credit card to your digital wallet:
For Apple Pay™, add your SoundView Debit or Credit Card to your Apple Wallet; if using Samsung Pay™ or Google Pay™, download the app on your phone.
Follow the prompts to add your debit or credit card. You will need your debit or credit card number, expiration date and CVV code.
In the final step for debit cards: you may be prompted to call SVFCU to have your card verified at 1-800-722-2936 option 2. Please have your debit card handy to verify the number. You will also
need to supply your cell phone number. The verification process will take approximately 2 minutes. Next you will receive a pop-up notification that your payment method is ready to use and you are ready to go!
In the final step for credit cards: you may be prompted to call VISA Customer Support Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm EST at (888) 376-3393 option 1 for Mobile Pay Token Support to verify your card.
Please have your credit card handy to verify the number. You may also be asked to verify your personal information.
Once your debit or credit card is verified in your mobile wallet, it provides you with a “digital” account number that is used for each transaction and the actual debit/credit card number is not used, providing a more secure transaction.
When your debit or credit card expires, you will still receive a new card in the mail. It will need to be added to the payment app with the new expiration date and CVV code. Reward points are earned just the same as using an actual debit
or credit card. If the card is blocked or not yet activated, you will receive an error message that the card cannot be added.
