As the saying goes; “Unprecedented times, call for unprecedented measures.” And these are certainly unprecedented times. We understand this is a stressful uncertain situation for many, and you may have a host of worries about your financial situation. We're here to listen to your story and help you in whatever way we can as the unexpected unfolds.
Credit unions were formed to help people within the community. They have been supporting members and their financial needs during the toughest of times, from the Great Depression, to the Great Recession, and on to the current situation we’re facing.
If you’ve been impacted financially by preventative Coronavirus measures, we’re here to help. Here are a few things we're currently offering:
  • Skip-A-Pay for Personal and Auto Loans. We will offer Skip-A-Pay up to three times for these loans (pending credit union approval each time). This applies loans that are current with the credit union. You can access the Skip-A-Pay form here, which will automatically be forwarded to the credit union for processing. We may need to contact you to verify additional information showing that you have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Skip-A-Pay for Visa Credit Cards. We have worked with our Visa partner to offer Skip-A-Pay for June's payment. No late charge will be assessed, though interest will still accrue on the balance owed.
  • No-Penalty Withdrawals from Certificate and Club accounts. If you have one of these accounts that usually limits when and how often you can access the funds, you can withdraw as-needed without penalty.
