First Mortgages.* The Credit Union offers a full range of mortgage programs including fixed and adjustable rate, construction, balloon, VA and FHA mortgages as well as loans for vacation and second homes. Financing is available with down payments as low as 5%. Mortgage terms range from 10 years to 30 years. There is a $250 application fee which is refunded after the closing.

Home Computer Loans.

Home Equity Line of Credit.* Secured line of credit based on real estate are available at competitive rates.

Home Equity Loans (Second Mortgages).* Secured loans based on real estate are available at competitive rates.

Personal Loans.

Secured Loans. Loans are secured by real property for various time periods.

Single Payment Loans.

Student Loans.

Vehicle Loans. Vehicle loans are available for both new (up to 72 months) and used cars (up to 60 months) at competitive rates. 100% financing is available for new cars.
